Our Story
phVeda Real Estate & Management was built on the belief that real estate should be thoughtful, balanced, and people-focused. Our name reflects that philosophy.
“ph” symbolizes balance—between growth and stability, responsibility and opportunity. “Veda” comes from ancient traditions and represents knowledge and wisdom—the kind earned through hands-on experience and long-term thinking. Together, phVeda stands for a smarter, steadier approach to real estate.
phVeda was founded by Peter Harradine, a seasoned real estate professional and active investor since 2005. Peter has assembled a strong team with experience across real estate investing, operations, and business strategy—allowing phVeda to operate with clarity, discipline, and purpose.
Importantly, phVeda owns and self-manages its own rental portfolio. We do not provide third-party fee service property management. Everything we manage, we own—and that level of accountability shapes how we operate every day.
Because we are owners first, our focus is on the renter experience and the long-term health of our properties. We are committed to providing quality housing, clear communication, and well-maintained homes. When residents are treated with respect, communities thrive—and so do investments.
