Peter got into the property management and real estate business in 2005 as a maintenance technician before moving into management. He has acquired extensive industry experience with a focus on business development, property management and investment properties. He Is a real estate investor and has served in President, Executive, and Board of Director roles on prominent local and national industry associations. He is a licensed Associate Broker with Century 21 Harman Realty and has earned the distinguished Certified Apartment Manager designation, Professional Property Manager certification, as well as earning a number of other industry awards, recognitions, and accolades.

Lisa is a business partner at phVeda. Lisa was born into real estate and grew up in a local prominent real estate family. Over the years she has worked in both property management and real estate sales offices and has developed a wide range of skills and knowledge.
A true entrepreneurial sprit Lisa has Also run a photography business as well as a furniture restoration business and knows how to stage a property and take awesome pictures. She's great at everything she does. Lisa truly cares about the customer experience and is driven to ensure each one has a great experience.
